Applications are open to organizations that meet the following general criteria within the Colorado Front Range:

• Programs serving inner-city ministries
• Programs improving the cultural quality of life
• Programs delivering and improving economic education
• Programs serving youth and families at risk
• Programs serving children's health (both mental and physical)

Rollie R. Kelley Family Foundation Proposal Requirements (Letter of Inquiry is not required):

Written proposal (will accept Common Grant Application format) including:

• Mission Statement
• 501(c)(3) Certification
• Current annual report or brochure
• Current budget
• Recent contributors
• Current list of Board of Directors and their affiliations
• Other pertinent information

Deadlines: Proposals should be received no later than October 1 of each year. Distributions are made by the following March.
